Terms of Service

By placing an order with Video Editors NOW or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

We provide video editing and related post-production (cuts, color, captions, motion graphics, and optional AI-assisted scenes) according to the package you select - Basic, Pro, Premium, or a custom quote. Scope is defined by the package features and any written brief agreed by email before work begins.

• Provide footage and assets you have the right to use
• Supply a clear brief (platform, length, tone, must-include moments)
• Respond to revision questions within a reasonable time
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

First-cut targets are 24 hours for Pro and Premium, and 24-48 hours for Basic, starting after we confirm receipt of usable footage and payment (or the agreed deposit). Weekends and public holidays may affect timing unless rush delivery is arranged in writing. Delays caused by missing assets or late feedback pause the clock.

Each package includes the revision rounds listed at purchase. Extra rounds may be quoted separately. Revision notes should reference timestamps where possible. We turn revision rounds around within about 24 hours in most cases.

Prices are listed in USD per video unless quoted otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Packages are paid in full at checkout before we start. Work may pause until payment is confirmed.

You retain ownership of your raw footage and brand materials. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final delivered edit for your intended commercial or personal purposes. We may show anonymized before/after clips in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing (NDAs on Pro and Premium take priority).

If we miss an agreed first-cut deadline for reasons solely within our control, you may request a refund under our Refund Policy. See that page for eligibility and process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Editors NOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue related to publishing decisions you make with the final files. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
